Alicia's background in customer service has been an asset to our
customers in handling everything from expediting orders and tracking shipments, to
requests for sales materials and technical support. Her excellent organizational skills
help her solve the everyday manufacturer-distributor difficulties and keep processes
running smoothly.
Joining The Henson Sales Group in 2002, Alicia brought
retail experience gained at companies like Staples and Victoria's Secret. Alicia's
day-to-day responsibilities include:
