Jim has
forged long lasting relationships with his territorys leading distributors since
joining The Henson Sales Group in 1992. He has built these relationships by providing
exemplary service and a sincere interest in the customers own success. With
extensive motivational and sales training, introductory work at the end user level, and
honest and determined representation of Henson Sales Group principals, sales have
increased exponentially.
In a continuous effort to improve his skills, Jim recently completed the 3-year CPMR
course in 1998. This certification program was developed by the Manufacturers
Representatives Educational Research Foundation (MRERF) allowing independent
representatives to acquire the skills necessary to manage a strong and prosperous rep
firm. This program, conducted at the University of Arizona School of Business, was taught
by members of their faculty as well as industry representatives. Joining brothers Tom and
Peter with his certification, Jim has been able to apply the latest industry knowledge and
instruction at Henson Sales.
Covering major metropolitan markets including the Delaware Valley, Central and Southern
New Jersey, and Northeastern Pennsylvania, Jim is accountable for this areas growth
and success. His expertise and professionalism refined over the years, coupled with
surehanded assistance from office personnel, has virtually guaranteed success for Jim and
his principals.
Jim is an honors graduate of the State University of New York at Old Westbury with a
degree in Environmental Science. Making his home in Royersford, PA with his wife
Christine, Jim is centrally located in his territory.
