In 1984, Marty joined Monumental Paper Company in Baltimore, MD as a sales representative. While Monumental Paper was proficient in food service, industrial packaging, and jan/san, it was the jan/san portion of the offering that Marty used to set himself apart with service and a consultative approach with his customers. His primary focus markets were BSC’s and Property Management companies in the Baltimore/Washington marketplace.
In 1992 Monumental Paper Company was acquired by Paper Corporation of America, soon to be Unisource. In 1994, Marty accept the position of sales manager for both the Jan/San and Industrial Packaging divisions of Unisource/Jessup.
Marty’s 21 years as a distributor sales rep and sales manager in the Baltimore/Washington marketplace give him a special perspective on the needs of the distributors that he calls on as well as the end-user customers of these distributors. Marty’s office in Bel Air, MD is centrally located to allow him to effectively cover the state of MD, DC, Northern VA, and Delaware. |
