I had the pleasure of meeting Peter about 18 months ago. With his guidance and help, our organization become CIMS certified. We spent many hours, days, and months together gathering documents and information for ARAMARK’s certification; I was not only impressed with Peter’s organizational skills and knowledge about the janitorial business, but his absolute professionalism. Peter Henson was contracted by ARAMARK Business & Industry to assist us in attaining CIMS and CIMS Green Building Certification. While this seemed to be an enormous task, Peter Henson guided us through the steps needed to prepare for the assessments in a way that effectively organized our policies and processes in preparation for our assessment visits. In my tenure with 3 very reputable sanitary supply manufaturers (Kutol Skin Care Products, Hospital Specialty Company and Pitt Plastics, Inc.), I have utilized Henson Sales in its Eastern PA, Southern NJ, Delaware, Maryland, DC and Northern VA market area.

I have always found them to be a very customer-focused and principal-focused organization; looking out for the best interest of both his distributor and manufacturer partners. Since 1993 Peter and his group have been on the cutting edge of technological advances. Whether it is email in the old days, web-based business reporting more recently or his recent implementation of Salesforce.com with his outside sellers, Peter is constantly looking for that tool that will give his people and his manufacturers an edge versus our competition. Through people and technology, Peter diligently reinvests in his organization.
