7/10/19 Hershey, PA - I & I Sales Group announces the acquisition of PFM, Inc. effective July 1, 2019.

PFM Inc., Atlanta, has formally agreed to merge their organization into I & I Sales Group LLC. PFM, Inc. a full-service manufacturer’s representative agency specializing in the sales and marketing of foodservice disposables, janitorial supplies, industrial packaging, and allied products joins Bull’sEye, Henson and Cinpak, leading Manufacturer Representatives in the Institutional & Industrial channels of distribution. The combined company now offers Sales and Marketing services in 26 states throughout the entire East Coast, Southeast and Southwest Regions of the United States. The combined enterprise, employs 81, utilizing 55 field sales representatives and an administrative/customer support team of 26 specialists.
