Alicia Bucci

abucci_ptotoAlicia’s background in customer service, office management and computer technology has been an asset to our customers in expediting orders, tracking shipments, handling defective product complaints, product returns, and resolution of any manufacturer-distributor difficulty.

In her role as operations manager, Alicia works diligently to assist our sales representatives in a myriad of ways including managing all sales data, creating sales presentations, collecting collateral material, and reconciling commission statements.

Joining The Henson Sales Group in 2002, Alicia brought retail sales and management experience gained at companies like Victoria’s Secret and Staples to the Henson Sales Group. Alicia’s day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Fielding customer inquiries and problems
  • Order tracking
  • Inside support for sales representatives
  • Data entry
  • Collection assistance
  • Qualifying manufacturer’s leads and distributing to the appropriate field representative.
  • Sales reports analysis
  • Data base technical upgrades

Alica graduated in March 2007 with an Associates Degree in Applied Business at University of Phoenix and is currently attending Kaplan University working toward her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.

Alicia currently resides in Newark, Delaware along with her husband Vincenzo.
