Jenn first started with the Henson Sales Group as a summer intern in 2011 and quickly realized the strong reputation this agency held in the industry. Working primarily in the Baltimore Metro Area and also sporadically through Washington D.C. and Northern Virginia, she was able to gain exposure to many key distributors. During the course of this internship, Jenn formed a rough knowledge for product lines that the Henson Sales Group represents. She is currently focused on working hard to expand that product knowledge as she moves into a sales rep position in the Maryland/Virginia territory.
The most appealing aspect of becoming a sales representative to Jenn is creating and maintaining relationships throughout the entire sales chain. Her second internship that spanned from December 2011 – January 2012 with the Henson Sales Group allowed for these relationships to grow, as she worked closely with a top Baltimore distributor. While focused on one food safety product line, she made end user sales calls with distributor sales reps in the Baltimore Metro Area.
Since becoming a full time sales representative for the Henson Group, Jenn has been able to gain mounds of knowledge from product trainings with manufacturer partners, attending ISSA 2012, and participating in top quality sales training. To separate herself from the crowd, she has already completed a Carpet Cleaning Seminar and a Stone Care Seminar, earning a Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) Certification. By constantly seeking more knowledge and forms of education, Jenn hopes to bring additional value to her customers and key business partners.
Jenn is a 2012 graduate of the University of Mary Washington located in Fredericksburg, VA with a degree in Business Administration. While at Mary Washington, Jenn played for the Varsity Women’s Soccer team as a freshman. Following freshman year she enjoyed her time at UMW playing for the Women’s Club Soccer team. Jenn currently resides in Richmond, VA.
